A note from me

Why I'm building Flex Coach.

Hey, I'm Andrew. I'm based in Boston, and I've spent most of my life in the gym. Every time I tried to train with an online coach, the experience was the same: a PDF program, a generic app, and a coach who disappeared after week two.

On the other side, the trainers I know are stuck. They're stitching together five different tools (a workout app, a chat app, Stripe, Google Sheets, Calendly) just to run a small client list. They lose hours a week to admin instead of actually coaching.

Flex Coach is one place for both sides. Trainers run their whole business from a single link. Clients get a real human writing their program, plus an AI coach for the days when life gets in the way.

How much does it cost?+

Each coach sets their own monthly rate, usually $80 to $300/month. You pay your coach directly through Stripe. Flex Coach is free to use as a trainee.

Do I need a gym?+

No. Coaches build programs around what you have: full gym, home setup, hotel room, whatever. Tell them what's available and they'll work with it.

Is this beginner-friendly?+

Yes. Most clients are everyday people, not bodybuilders. Filter coaches by experience level and goal to find the right fit.

What if my coach isn't a fit?+

Cancel any time from your dashboard. Your billing stops at the end of the month and you can switch to a different coach.

How is this different from a generic workout app?+

There's a real human writing your program, watching your form check videos, and answering when you message. The AI Coach is a tool you use with them, not a replacement.
