Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling a coaching subscription

You can cancel any active coaching subscription from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access to your coach until the end of the current paid period.

5-day self-serve refund

Within 5 days of starting a coaching subscription, you can cancel and refund every charge in one click from your dashboard → My Trainer → Cancel & refund. The refund is automatic, returns to your original payment method, and ends your access immediately.

After the 5-day window

Refund eligibility is at the discretion of your coach. Reach out to your coach first. If you can't resolve it, email andrew.flexcoach@gmail.com and we will help mediate. Manually-approved refunds are processed within 5 business days.

Charge disputes

If you believe a charge was unauthorized or fraudulent, contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account suspension.

Coach platform fees

The $39/month coach platform subscription is non-refundable for partial months. Cancel before the next renewal to stop billing.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under consumer protection law in your jurisdiction (including UK/EU 14-day cooling-off rights for digital services).
